Refund & Dispute Policy

We want customers to have a clear and fair purchase experience. This policy explains when refunds may be granted and how billing disputes should be handled.
1. Digital product purchases
HumDocs licenses are digital goods delivered electronically. Because delivery is immediate, refunds are generally not guaranteed after access has been issued, except where required by law.
2. Eligible refund cases
- duplicate charges for the same purchase;
- technical failure that prevents delivery or activation and cannot be resolved;
- billing errors confirmed by our team.
3. Non-refundable situations
- change of mind after successful delivery or activation;
- incompatibility with unsupported environments listed by us;
- violations of our Terms of Service or prohibited-use rules.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and include your order receipt, purchase email, and a short explanation. We review requests promptly and typically respond within 1 business day.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account or license suspension while the dispute is investigated.
6. Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions take effect when posted with a new effective date.
