Refund policy

HumDocs Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

14-day refunds

If you are not happy with Pro for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Send the email address you bought with, or your receipt. You do not need to explain why.

After 14 days

We will still refund a duplicate charge, a charge you did not make, or a purchase where Pro never worked for you and we could not fix it.

What happens to the license

When a refund goes through, the license key stops working. The free features keep working as before.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster. While a dispute is open the license is paused, and it is restored if the dispute is decided in your favor.

Requirements

HumDocs Typer runs in Google Chrome on a computer (Windows, Mac, Linux or ChromeOS) and types into Google Docs only. It does not run on phones or tablets.

EU and UK customers

This policy gives you at least the 14-day right to cancel that your local law provides.
